Smith Lacrosse won against UMass-Dartmouth and St. Josephs last week, rallying from an earlier loss to Springfield College. The team record improved to 9-7 for the season.

“I am so proud of my team,” she continued. “For the first time since 1994, we’ve had a 0.500 season, qualified to post-season play and are now eligible to compete in the ECACs. Without their commitment to improvement and support of each other, we would not have met these goals.”

“This is a tremendous team,” Nardi added. “The players have worked hard to get where they are. This season will go in the record books as one of the very best in the 37-year history of lacrosse here at Smith. I am so very proud of each individual, and it has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my coaching career! I am so very proud to be a Pioneer.”
