Officer observes ambulance outside of 3 Bedford Terrace. Guest of occupant had fallen and hit her head.

Motor vehicle towed from Northrop. Parked in front of HC access ramp.

Caller reports sports car with 4-5 male occupants making excessive noise. Located and advised.
